Solid construction & easy to assemble This litter box cabinet is lovely. It’s solid and sturdy. Putting it together was straight forward with the step-by-step instructions. The hardest part of putting it together was at one stage, you have to turn over a big flat piece with dowels in it, but the dowels kept falling out, so I just wet them so they’d hold long enough to get them maneuvered into the right spot. Cheap quality. Shop around before purchasing Once put together, it looks great. Our cat also used it right away. The size is perfect. Height is just above my knee and our cat fits perfectly inside with the litter box.The reason I knocked off two stars is because the quality of the material is very cheap. The wood split in areas where screws went in and some of the pieces had minor damage before being assembled. The doors are also both slightly crooked. The smell… Overall the construction of this product is par for the course for this type of product, itâs fairly simple to put together. Mostly you need a screw driver. We are on day 3 and when we first assembled it my wife remarked on the smell so I put it outside for about 24 hours and brought it back in. Itâs in the office but by day 3 when I got home from work the smell has taken over the whole house… itâs horrible Iâm ready to put it outside permanently… so buyer beware.
