Size XXL It looks like it’s made well, the stiching looks strong, but my dogs are not chewers. BUT– It’s not really a “mat” more of a very thick blanket. I was expecting something that the dogs couldn’t easily push aside while in their crates. It says it’s “filled” but from what I can feel it isn’t filled very much. I got these to put inside the crates in the van as we travel to dog shows quite a bit and I wanted my dogs to have something to lay on for long trips, but like I wrote before, it’s more…
Simply want to return product for a refund Unfortunately, the mats arrived and although nice quality, were not what we were looking for. Upon e-mailing the company for return information on March 2, I have yet to receive a response (now March 12). I have now e-mailed a follow up note…will see what that brings. Right now, I would only order this product if you are POSITIVE you won’t need to return it.
Saying it’s 18″ long is a stretch Looks like great quality and I really like the product. But I ordered the one marked 18″Lx13″ wide. It’s really pushing it to say it’s 18″ long. It’s BARELY 17″ at that. I’ll donate this one to a rescue group and repurchase the larger size. Disappointing as I am really in need of this RIGHT NOW!
