Good for one year so far We bought these for our dogs last December. They arrived on time and looked as expected. We keep them as dog house liners outside in Seattle, so they see a lot of rain/mud/leaves. We don’t machine wash them, they have loops at one end so we hang them outside and spray and hose them down to wash them off. They take a few hours to dry on a sunny day, which is a rare thing in Seattle, so we often hang them in the basement instead so they can be placed back for bed time at night.
Tough and inexpensive First, be aware that the cover does NOT zip off, so you can only wash this as an entire bed. It’s rugged, and the rolled edges are solid, which my dogs seem to like as a head rest. However, the cushioning is fairly thin, and if you have a dog over 20 pounds, you’ll probably want to put this bed on top of another softer piece of foam.
Loved it! It is exactly what we wanted! It was made very well and yet my 2 year old Lab/Border Collie mix still managed to use it as a chew toy! No fault of the bed she just goes through anything stuffed in a matter of minutes! If your dog is not a chewer I think you’ll like it!
