Keeps the drinking water clean It is quite simple to use, the cage connector is thick enough and has a deep thread for it to fit on most cages or play yards with a wide footprint for stability. The easy clip mechanism makes it easy to remove the bottle to refill. It does dribble a a little when the animal drinks,but this is easily solved with a small towel or bowl to catch the drips. Puppy licks the drips from the bowl and the proceeds to drink from the bottle. A viscous circle she enjoys.

Clean water for my puppy’s crate! We bought this for our new puppy who we are crate training. I put a very small amount of coconut oil (my dogs LOVE coconut oil) on the silver part just above the roller ball to show her that it is a water spout when she licked it. She learned to use it within a day! I love that this keeps the water clean and doesn’t spill or drip out.
