Not very thick, but nice and tough These are very similar to the construction of a horse saddle pad. So much so that my wife asked why the dogs where sleeping on one of her horse saddle pads.Not very thick, but the dogs don’t seem to mind. The construction is nice and tough.Whilst not shown in the picture, one side of this pad is of a rubberized texture, presumably to help prevent it slipping.I would buy again
