Great bed for puppies! I bought this bed (in pink) for my 8 week-old Golden Retriever puppy. (I bought another one of these beds because my male Chihuahua has had one in a smaller size, in the blue color, for about two years and he still loves it.) Now my Golden Retriever sleeps on hers every night in her crate, and it has stood up to multiple washings. It’s held up really well and still looks fairly new. Excellent product for big dogs We have two large dogs (mutts, but roughly one boxer and one lab, in size and shape). They like to chew, and have got through a lot of bedding in their time. This bed is much loved, and they don’t chew it. They can just about both fit on at once, when they lie close together. We’ll be buying another one. For the price, this seems great. It is not that thick, but it seems to keep the dogs happy.
Not what I anticipated The dimensions are correct but it is very thin. It is about the same thickness (padding) as a thin down comforter. This is more of a topper than a bed.
