Poor quality The entire set up is very cute but the cafe is flimsy and donât expect it to detain an animal that doesnât want to be in it. My 35lb dog was able to push her way out of the largest kennel they offer. Merry products turned their back on me and would not replace it or offer an exchange. Iâll never purchase a product made by this company. I spent over $200 and itâs sitting in my sub basement without use. I even tried to purchase a heavy duty kennel so I could still use the frame but itâs an odd…
