Make a perfect sanctuary My dog uses her kennel as her “safe” place. I never close her in or use it for discipline. This is where she goes to feel safe and comfortable when she is not in my lap. I used to just have a blanket on the kennel. I saw this cover and got it. It was so easy to fit and install. it looks cleaner and neater and it gives her a “cave” to retreat too. I love this product.
Wind and Sun? Yes. Water and Teeth? No Used this on the 48in Smonter crate. The size would have been good, but proved to be the fatal flaw. Unfortunately it wasnt tight enough and flapped around in places. I dont expect any cover to be durable enough to withstand my dog’s chewing. She destroyed it, mostly around the zippers where it hangs limply and has no real way to secure it. Also, It is wind, water and sun resistant but not waterproof. Great Crate Cover! This cover fits our 30″ crate perfectly. There are zippers on all edges so that you can open or close them depending your need. I suggest you have a two-door crate to take advantage of the versitility of the cover. The cover is well made; the material is sturdy and the zippers strong. I would have liked more color choices as our crate is in the kitchen and the mustard is awkward.
