Attention Buyers:

About 90% of the returns are because of purchasing the wrong sized crates. To avoid having to return the crate, please measure the spaces (especially the space in your vehicle) where you will place the crate before you place an order. Please also make sure that the spaces are big enough for the 36″ crate (36″ Long x 24″ Wide x 28″ High), which is 2″ wider and 4″ higher than most other brand 36″ soft crates. However, after the crate is folded away and put into the included carrying bag, the package size is only 36″ long x 24″ wide x 3″ high, so it is very easy for storage, transport, and travel. Before you place an order, please also measure your dog and make sure that the crate is not too big or too small for him/her.

A good quality wire-crate is usually best for that We have an Akita Rescue and have purchased and used many different types of crates. Not one crate is a one-size-fits all and despite negative reviews wehre people have said their dog destroyed the soft crate, that is not the crate’s fault – it is an education issue in that a soft crate should not be used to crate train a dog in. A good quality wire-crate is usually best for that. We have used the soft crates before to give a crate trained dog a time-out or for traveling, such as if we want to…

Great travel crate, light weight, easy to set-up! I love this crate! I purchased it for an upcoming road trip with my dog. She currently sleeps in a large, metal crate that is very heavy. While it is definitely sturdy and safe, it would be impossible for me to take in and out of hotels every night. I purchased this soft crate as an alternative and it arrived promptly.

A really good product This has been a sleep-saver for my wife and I. Recently our 10 month old puppy decided she didn’t want to sleep in a separate room and has begun barking. Nothing we do has gotten her to stop barking. We were okay with her in the same room as us but she wouldn’t stay in her bed. She either paced or tried to climb onto the bed. This soft sided “crate” was the answer to our dilemma. At bed time we tell her to get in her bed, we zip it up, and she sleeps until morning. She can see us…
