Perfect for chewing puppies Recently brought home a 7-month puppy; although I had purchased a bed for him (foam insert) I decided to get the Hero Dog mat for additional sleeping spots. A good dog pad The item arrived on time and as soon as I layed it down on the ground, my roommates dog jumped right on it. It is well made, the seems on the edges are wrapped and stitched very well, the fabric is soft but durable, and the 1/2 insulated padding is perfect to keep the coldness from the floor away from the dog. Now I have the pad on a cement floor, so the non-sliding material underneath does not work. So the dog likes to dig before she goes to sleep and the pad gets balled up. Only solution…
Just the job! I ordered two 47 inch mats for the cargo area of my Suburu Outback, for my two greyhounds. I was a bit worried that they would be too thin but there is just enough padding to make for a comfortable ride and they cover the area nicely with a few inches to bolster the sides. I ordered the grey but it is more of a dark navy. They are of good quality and look as if they would last for a while. I cover them with a dog blanket so I won’t need to wash them often.
