Cheaply made My dog is not a chewer but she sometimes like to rearrange her crate mat. The backside of this was torn up from her toe nails after one “rearrangement.” It definitely feels cheaper than some of the other mats I’ve purchased in the past. I liked the color gray because my dog is gray but not worth it for me. If you have a small dog, this may would be fine. I have a 50 lb pit bull, and although she isn’t destructive, she can be hard on things.
Great Mat Great Mat for my Golden Ret. This is the 2nd mat that I have purchased. The first mat last over 2 years with frequent washing and daily vacuuming.where other mats are 36 inches in total length including the edging, this mat exceeds 36 inches in the flat area. . I also purchased a 36 inch mat by the AKC (less money) and had to return it because thinner and was less then 36 inches including the bolster. Great value and loved by my Golden. We have one in the family room and one in the office.
Not amazing. Has no padding on the bed except a little bit around the border. The thickness is the equivalent of a t shirt on the important part, the part your loved pet will be laying on. I had to buy pillows to put under it. My dogs did not enjoy it until then. Big enough for a lab and a pitbull to snuggle. Both are about 65lbs, it’s a good size. Comes very soft out of the box but quickly becomes matted.
